About Dr. Jeff
Dr. Jeff’s journey into chiropractic care began long before he ever stepped into a clinic. As a junior high school athlete, he suffered a significant injury to his left knee — an experience that changed the course of his life. Determined not to give up, he continued playing football for Midwood High School in Brooklyn, NY, competing with a brace on his knee and a growing awareness of how the body responds to stress, strain, and recovery.
That early injury became his first teacher. While other players focused on plays and drills, Dr. Jeff found himself studying movement, noticing patterns, and learning how injuries happen — and how they heal. His natural curiosity led him to become a trainer for Midwood High School, where he spent more than a decade teaching athletes proper stretching, safe conditioning, and the importance of early intervention. Long before chiropractic care was widely recognized in youth sports, he introduced it as a proactive way to prevent injuries and support long‑term performance.
His passion for helping young athletes didn’t stop there. Dr. Jeff also worked closely with the Uniondale Youth Football League, offering guidance, hands‑on support, and education to players, parents, and coaches. His goal was always the same: keep kids healthy, active, and confident in their bodies.
Today, as a chiropractor, Dr. Jeff brings that same dedication to every patient he treats. His personal experience with injury gives him a unique perspective — one rooted in empathy, resilience, and a deep understanding of how pain affects both body and mind. Whether he’s helping an athlete recover, supporting someone through chronic discomfort, or guiding a patient toward better mobility, Dr. Jeff’s mission remains unchanged:
Help people move better, feel stronger, and live without fear of pain.
